The Yoga of Sound Vibration
Naad Yoga, the Yoga of Sound, is one of the most ancient and profound branches of the yogic tradition. Rooted in the 'Nada Brahma' philosophy, it recognizes that the entire universe is in a state of vibration. Sound, both external (aahata) and internal (anaahata), is the most direct pathway to stilling the mind, opening the heart, and awakening higher consciousness.
Guided by Swamiji on our 3-acre Dehradun forest campus, participants study Swar Sadhna, mantra chanting, overtone chanting, Nada Dhyana (sound meditation), pranayama for the voice, and the therapeutic use of sacred instruments. It is designed to soothe the nervous system, dissolve mental fatigue and burnout, release suppressed emotional patterns, and foster heart-opening connection.
